1. Be Kind and Helpful--Actively search for opportunities to be kind and helpful.
Our success is the sum total of the quality of the relationships we build wtih the families that are our clients.
2. Show Integrity--See that your private behavior mirrors your public behavior.
Avoid and actively stop others from validating "tough talk" and venting.
3. Own It--When you receive a question, concern or complaint, you own it and are responsible for seeing
it through to resolution.
4. Convert--A disgruntled client, converted into a fan can become our strongest advocate. Put
extraordinary effort into converting the client.
