Paragon Gymnastics hosted the Level 4 Spit 'n Polish meet on May 8, 2005 to give Level 4 gymnasts from area clubs an opportunity to fine tune their routines prior to the Level 4 State Championships Virginia Beach on May 21-22. Highlights for the Paragon gymnasts were:

Junior A age group:
Savannah Allen - 4th place Vault (9.10)
Kylee Cochran - 4th place Bars (8.675)

Junior B age group:
Chelsea Chewning - 2nd place Bars (8.775), 4th place All Around (35.325)
Hunter Ervin - 3rd place Beam (9.10), 6th place All Around (35.00)
Blair Horan - 4th place Floor (8.90)

Junior C age group:
Jordan Steadman - 4th place Vault (9.40), 4th place Bars (8.85), 1st place Beam (9.175), 3rd place All Around (36.175)
McKayla Martin - 6th place Beam (8.825)

Senior A age group:
Michelle Putze - 2nd place Vault (9.375), 1st place Bars (9.4), 2nd place Beam (9.2), 4th place Floor (9.0), 1st place All Around (36.975)
Amy Sproul - 1st place Vault (9.425), 6th place Bars (8.825), 3rd place Beam (9.35), 2nd place Floor (9.35), 2nd place All Around (36.70)
