KYONNA BEVELS AND JASMINE KLINE CROWNED STATE CHAMPIONS

Fredericksburg, VA – May 1, 2006 –Paragon Gymnastics’ Level 7 team competed at the Virginia USAG Level 7 State Championships held in Woodbridge this past weekend.  Jasmine Kline is the State Co-Champion on Bars for the 10 year age group.  Twelve year old Kyonna Bevels is the State Champion on Bars in her age group. The group as a whole were very impressive on bars with seven of nine scores above a 9.75!!!

Highlights included:

Level 7 Team – 6th place

Level 7 Age 10

• Jasmine Kline - 3rd place All Around (37.875), 8th place Vault (9.15), 1st place (tie) Bars (9.85), 3rd place Beam (9.6)
• Candice Pleasant – 7th place All Around (37.225), 6th place Vault (9.25), 4th place Bars (9.75)
• Megan Onesko – 3rd place Bars (9.775)

Level 7 Age 11

• Kayla Onesko – 7th place Bars (9.725)
• Kelsey Gallello – 8th place Bars (9.725)

Level 7 Age 12

• Kyonna Bevels – 2nd place All Around (37.85), 5th place Vault (9.3), 1st place Bars (9.8), 5th place Beam (9.425), 7th place Floor (9.325)
• Alexa Dyott – 4th place All Around (37.5), 3rd place Bars (9.775), 9th place Beam (9.375), 6th place Floor (9.35)
• Destiny Layton – 11th place Bars (9.3)

Level 7 Age 13

• Rebecca Saran – 9th place Beam (9.425), 7th place Floor (9.375)
