PARAGON QUALIFIES THREE TO LEVEL 9 REGIONALS

March 12, 2006 - Paragon Training Center hosted the Virginia USAG Level 9 and 10 State Championships this weekend.  Twenty teams from across the state participated. All three Level 9 gymnasts from Paragon qualified to the Regional competition that will be held April 1-2 in Prince George’s, Maryland.  The qualifiers are Kyra Trowbridge, Alexandra Little and Lauren Dauberman.

Highlights included:

Level 9 ages 10-11

• Kyra Trowbridge – 3rd place All Around (35.775), 2nd place Vault (9.025), 5th place Bars (8.775), 6th place Beam (8.6), and 3rd place Floor (9.375)

Level 9 ages 12-13

• Alexandra Little – 8th place All Around (35.30), 7th place Vault (8.9), 9th place Floor (9.075)
• Lauren Dauberman – 1st place Beam (9.325), 8th place Floor (9.1)

Level 10 age 15

• Paige Jacobson – 5th place All Around (33.05), 4th place Vault (8.95), 5th place Bars (7.75), 5th place Beam (7.4), and 2nd place Floor (8.95)
