We offer Traditional Tae Kwon Do and Sport Tae Kwon Do Weapons for Fitness and Competitions as well as American and International Kickboxing for Fitness and Competition.

About the Instructors

Chris Manuel, owner and 5th degree black belt (Master) in Tae Kwon Do, brings more than 20 years of Martial Arts experience to his business. He has been coaching for 13 of those years.

In the year 2000 he was inducted into the Black Belt Hall of Fame. In 1994 he was voted the most outstanding Adult Black Belt by the American Tae Kwan Do Association. He is also a four-time Virginia State Sparring Champion, AAU, NBL and SKI. He is also a National Judge.

David Thomas, assistant coach, brings to the program more than 10 years of experience in martial arts; with seven years of teaching experience. Currently he holds a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is ranked fourth in the light middle weight division for amateur kickboxing.
